Hey everyone, please don’t trade ur cards or bitcoin with this guys, they are scammers, I have been trading with other apps, I decided to try this guys today because their rate is always high, trade €20 and for the first since I start trading card in 3 years they said the card is used, what has never happened before, this is a scam platform. Do not use it

I've been using Apex for a while now with no problems but on this day I redeemed a card and like always it was successful had my funds in my wallet, this is where the bad news started, when I tried withdrawing funds to my Keystone bank back it said successful. Tried Checking Keystone bank and the funds wasn't there either. Mind you it wasn’t my first time withdrawing funds to my Keystone bank. Decided to text their customer service and they respond telling me to go to my bank because it’s a glitch. I went to my bank and my bank told me, such transaction didn’t come to my account, I come back and write this people but they no longer respond. till now I still have gotten my funds..🤬 Beware

I think Apex is trying to scam me because I don’t get it, I’ve reported this issue over and over but you people won’t resolve it. please I need my money refunded to me I can’t take this anymore. It’s been one month now and still haven’t gotten my money refunded back to me after waiting for 5-7 business days to resolve this issue on different occasions this is so annoying, I think I’ll have to start reporting Apex to the higher authorities. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Most of your staffs are just bunches of thieves and I’ll be honest they’ll be claiming newly bought gift card as used. Once we give them work they’ll be using the card and claimed it had been used by someone else which is bad. They did that to me like 3 times or more. I’ll stop using your app. You’re all thieves

Okay, I have been using this app network for about 6 months now and it fast and reliable, just recently I placed a withdrawal, and it show’s successful from the this app network and yet to receive any alerts on my first bank, it’s been complete 3 hours now and I have not received any alart, I tried contacting this app network and the response I am receiving is not helpful

I deposited my coin in Apex and it enter successfully but after I converted it to cash I can’t make a withdrawal it keep saying I have to verify my number and email, I’ve tried everything but can verify or even change the number and there’s no customer service, I even tried to write you guys a mail but it says the mail does not exist, I shouldn’t have use Apex in the first place

A friend of mine, referred me to this app today.. I tried to trade a iTunes card there and the rate suddenly dropped, they ask me if I wanted to proceed I said no because the rate changed.. So I cancelled, now I’m trying to trade the card with another platform and they said the card has been used.. this app is the only platform I uploaded the card photo to.. Please I need something to be done about it now

I still don’t know if Apple is getting % from every people’s hard earned money you always scammed them of, for them to allow you to be on Apple store... You people generated a fake wallet address for customers and after using it for payment and the payment will never arrive buh diverted to your own wallet address put up a fake address, A customer care line that’ll ring forever without no one answering it. God will judge you all for putting people in pains...

obvious you people are not real, you’re scammer and you’re just here taking people’s hard earned money... you people put up a fake office address that doesn’t even exists atall in the city of Lagos Nigeria on your website. That’s hilarious and abut shame on your soul called fake company... I’ll make sure you face legal penalty for taking my hard earned money $290 coin that was deposited in my account...

What exactly is going on with Apex? I have a transaction which has been sent to my wallet over 5 hours now and it has been withdrawn from the sender’s wallet which is not available in my wallet.. I’ve tried speaking with the customer care through support no response atall..

I’ve been receiving emails of failed transactions on my this app virtual card , which is not true , because I funded my virtual card before making the transaction, now they keep putting my virtual card to - , and now that I tried using it again and loaded money on my wallet and funded my virtual card , they removed my money without funding my virtual card and all means to contact your customer care have been to no avail, I think this this app network is currently a scam people should be aware

It’s been over 3 hours $295 was sent to my USDT wallet, the money has been deducted from the sender, transaction is available on the sender chain network and using the same wallet ID to check on the site and I can see my wallet is redirecting to another wallet, wtttfff is happening…my money is not showing on my dashboard, your phone number is not reachable, after 3 hours someone responded on your chat and ask me to update my app, after updating my money is still not there…this is totally wrong…seems you guys are now scamming people…

After like 10 more hours, the transaction later reflect which the support on Instagram told me it’s due to some glitches. This would be my first time experiencing this with this app and I have to come edit my review to update this.

Although your customer support this days is terribly so slow in response, your phone number is a no no no to call, while your address does not exist. I understood this might be for genuine reasons such as government and so on…but having a stable reliable means of contacting you is needed, and stop the glitch, you nearly gave me an heart attack thinking Nigeria don happen to me on this app.

Why is the this app not loading and keep showing I should update it and it has been updated already and I wanted to sell my coins it shows wait till some minutes and still doing the same thing I think you guys have to work on it so fast 😡
