The app requests either a booking or voucher number. I was only given a confirmation and itinerary number. Many people I reached via phone could find my reservation using my email address, but none could provide a booking or voucher number or figure out how to help me. One said we only need a confirmation of itinerary number, yet the app requires another number. I can’t get the app to work for me without getting my reservation to show up! So frustrating! Why not use the email address to link my reservation, since everyone found my reservation that way?
Checking in, this was insane as we have 4 rooms/couples on the same booking number and it’s deferring to the first 2 that checked in, not letting us add the rest. We need help. Each room should have opportunity for their own separate booking number!!

Overall, I was welcoming on my first day. It was beautiful. I already came in before so I already had idea what was gonna happen and then two days down the line I believe the 18th some water started coming in through the bathroom. I called the front desk to let them know they switch my room and then, the same thing happened in a different location of the room started leaking from the hallway into a puddle water and they fixed it I thought and then I woke up and the water was right back. I had to put a bucket there today was checking out today and I just wanted to go home

This app accomplishes what it needs to on the resorts, BUT due to spotty WiFi and poor optimization requires frequent uninstallation and reinstallation to work. Here are my recommendations to the dev team:
-If I have checked in and logged in, to save performance, just automatically go to my stay so I can make reservations and check activities rather than booking at other resorts. I get the marketing behind this, but if I’m at one of the resorts, save the load time by going to the “my stay” page.
-The map could be better. The google maps integration has some benefits, but an interactive or simple PDF could get what you want more performantly. Could have them personalized based on the what room you are in with variations of “your room” marked on the pdf version.
-QR codes for menus should automatically take you to the menu or pdf, not send you to a web page to all menus and find the dropdown that opened for the restaurant you want. Also, just put English and Spanish versions on the same page. Too many different variations.
