This ads no value to your daily routine. The questionare is not specific and is not at all personalized. It tells you walk at a brisk pace for a certain amount of time, no indication of heart rate, effort ect. My personalized plan indicated I should walk less than I currently am.
In order to view any details of what the program provides, you must sign up for a free trial period. I signed up, viewed what StepCounterGPSWalks had to offer and immediately cancelled. I was sent an email confirming cancellation, within an hour of signing up. One week later I was charged $89 for 2 months of service. I emailed customer service, included email showing I cancelled within trial period, and cancelled again. Customer service refuses to refund because I cancelled a second time and that is the only email they will recognize. I have been back and forth and they refuse to even acknowledge the initial email sent confirming cancellation within the trial period. This is a complete scam.
