Not Secure - Weak Passwords Required
Not having to carry your license around and having it on your phone is great. Having to drop the complexity and security of your password in order to use the mobile app is completely unacceptable for a service that maintains sensitive personal and credit card info. Why on earth wasn’t this designed to ensure passwords used with the web-client would also be compatible with the mobile client. You may want to use a virtual credit card with CPW if possible; I wouldn’t trust your data to be safe here.

Hey developers! It doesn’t recognize my pre-existing password. Totally useless if I can’t access it! I tried asking for new pswd based on I forgot my password. The system said it would send me a new one but never did. Totally useless!!!! You get an F!

Does recognize my existing account
I’m trying to login to the app with my existing account/CID # and it’s saying no profile is found. I’ve doubled checked my login credentials by signing into my account via the web portal and all works properly.
