I tried to register on the CPW app and was told there was already an account in my name.after my login failed several times I pushed forgot password. I tried 5 times with 2 different email addresses and never received an email that allows me to reset. Any help in this matter would be appreciated. Dave Elstun

Fix My CPW on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve My CPW network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix My CPW not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the My CPW App
1. On android, goto Settings » My CPW » click [Force Stop]

Update My CPW to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear My CPW App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » My CPW » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart My CPW.

Fix My CPW unable to contact server/ My CPW internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click My CPW » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto My CPW » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch My CPW
