App is horrible and extremely glitchy. Even picking a number is cumbersome. You click and click from your contacts and it won’t select the person. Sometimes the person doesn’t even receive the load or “recharge”. It’s a hit or miss! But what gets me frustrated is how glitchy Rechargecom and slow! Typing to find contact and selecting contact feature needs refinement.

First my card was blocked by the bank, and now the “security settings” from recharge block it. (Obviously the transaction went through on the card) if you want to sit around checking your credit card account whether or not recharge gave you your money back after another faulty transaction, Rechargecom is for you. If you have better things to do, like me, then avoid avoid avoid or turn into a finance admin chasing around the credit card company and the guys that made this blooper app.

I love doing things online. Who wants to go to a convenience store and recharge your phone when it’s 2021 and you can do it at your fingertips right. Well if you want to get robbed use Rechargecom. They have no customer service even though they charge close to 25% fee for what they say covered their “service” to assist you. Their packages are also a rip off from what you can reload through the carrier or at a convenience store. I feel so sorry I found out about this company. Fool me once right.

I was charged for I didn’t even buy anything, I was checking my bank account and found a transaction that you guys charged me I want my money back, it’s scamming, I don’t know how many times you guys took money from my account and I didn’t notice. The scamming part is that the transaction is not on my recharge account and you just wanted to hide it I sent you email and I really want my money back otherwise I will file a claims and sue you I wish if I could give no star

I had a problem with my order thru Recharge and I’m happy to say they finally did get back to me and solved the problem. I gave them a three star because of what happened and how long it took to hear back from them. My first review was a one star because one was as low as I could go but I’m raising it to a three because they did make the problem right.

On two separate occasions I went online to try to purchase a pre paid visa gift card where my phone was inadvertently rerouted to this RECARGE APP where I attempted to first buy a hundred dollar card was not able to activate this card with the numbers provided by in the email that came with the card I followed up with customer service who haven’t bothered to call me directly but continue to send me emails with information that has yet to help my situation like are you sure your putting the right numbers in. Add insult to injury I tried one more time yesterday thinking I was going to another web sight but again was routed to recharge and basically ran into the same situation out 50 dollars this time asked to contact customer service. Don’t get scammed stay away from recharge they are either part of this scam or at best are promoting it

Fast and Friendly app! I wish it adds a feature to where I could pay and it automatically adds to that phone by entering the number to be recharged???? If this feature is already there, then I apologize. But, again I would recommend Rechargecom because it’s fast and friendly usage. Thanks RECHARGE!!!

I have been using this website for over seven years but it’s been couple of months that it’s not working I keep recharging my family number back in Afghanistan but it’s not going through and I have to cancel so please fix this problem if it’s possible.

My goodness, the last thirteen years of my life were spent trying to manage my wife’s disregard for a budget and my lack of load when I got to the Philippines thanks to her using up any cards I’d buy in preparation for my next visit. This makes everything easy, today is our first time back in the Philippines and we’re rained in at our hotel trying to contact relatives (airport globe station failed to mention the 1500 pesos we spent was only for data and NOT for actual phone load)… Rechargecom was quick, easy, and I almost fell over with how simple it was! Thanks for your app, beats sitting out in Manila rain trying to load up at a 7-11.

I have family in mexico and Rechargecom always helps me recharge their phones and the prices are amazing they fluctuate by the current state of currency which is fair. I love Rechargecom and i will continue to use it!

So far, I have been able to add min to my family phone number. But today, I don’t why it’s not working. It’s not letting me add min to their phone like I usually do. Please look into it

I use Rechargecom to pay for my wife’s phone bill in Haiti and it’s amazing.
I recommend this for anyone who wants to pay for a service online for a family member or friend.

I love Rechargecom it’s so say to use and the recipient revives the top up almost instantly. I recommended Rechargecom to my friends.

However in the past few days I noticed I cannot select “call credit” it’s been removed. Is that a mistake? Please bring it back or tell me how to get to it.
I will give Rechargecom a five star because since I’ve been using it I have never had a problem and I’ve done plenty of top up’s.

Please correct the issue or direct me to where it has been moved to on Rechargecom because I don’t see it.

The way Rechargecom ’s layout it’s great. You can navigate looking at different plans and Payment options. The only think it doesn’t work is the button for a monthly reminder. Other than that amazing app. Thx!!!

Using Rechargecom, you can load up a pre-paid account for rides with Uber. Especially those that manage their money on pre-paid debit cards (As Uber will not honor these cards, unless attached to an actual bank branch) So now, you can purchase rides from Uber without any “roadblocks” (lol).

I’m so glad about Rechargecom,, I can recharge from home, make so easy to stay in contact with family and friends,,and help.
