The app says it can’t find one of my yahoo leagues. Why is this, and how do I fix it? It syncs with my other two yahoo leagues just not one of them in particular. Please advice since I paid money for this membership. Thank you.

How to fix WalterPicks app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the WalterPicks app on iPhone
Update WalterPicks app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall WalterPicks iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix WalterPicks on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve WalterPicks network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

WalterPicks Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix WalterPicks not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the WalterPicks App
1. On android, goto Settings » WalterPicks » click [Force Stop]

Update WalterPicks to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear WalterPicks App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WalterPicks » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WalterPicks.

Fix WalterPicks unable to contact server/ WalterPicks internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WalterPicks » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WalterPicks » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
