Lovebird used to take online and phone orders. Now they don’t answer the phone. The app wants a lot more information than I am comfortable giving. Other restaurant app just let me pay and give a phone number, saving me from years of spam

Not a review of the food. That’s amazing! The app didn’t work. I ordered curb side pickup. The order went through and that was it. I eventually had to go into the store and get the order. The app never updated to order ready and it was never brought out to the curb.
Error message pick up time

I kept getting an error message for my pick up time. Please update your app to automatically update the time for people. I shouldn’t have to go all the way back & guess what time you’ll have my food ready.
I ordered at 10:48.
11am was unavailable
11:05 was unavailable
11:10 finally worked but it was a clunky process getting it ordered
