How to fix Narrated app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Narrated app on iPhone
Update Narrated app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Narrated iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Narrated on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Narrated network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Narrated Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Narrated not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Narrated App
1. On android, goto Settings » Narrated » click [Force Stop]

Update Narrated to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Narrated App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Narrated » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Narrated.

Fix Narrated unable to contact server/ Narrated internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Narrated » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Narrated » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Narrated
