Wow-one of my favorite treats for lunch or dinner(weekly) for any one of our family was Jules via DoorDash. All of a sudden Tuesday 3/9/21 Jules disappeared from DoorDash. Then I started researching and found they started their own app/delivery service. That’s good, we love Jules and spend a lot of $, lots of meals so I download JulesThinCrust . Go to check ordering and find they don’t deliver to my area. We are about 4.5 miles away....but luckily there are TONS of other flatbread and pizza places very close to (and even farther away than Jules) so it’s their loss....and it will be significant. BuhBye Jules!!
I have used JulesThinCrust three times and each time I have an issue. JulesThinCrust never updates with the driver’s location or time of delivery, so I’m left standing outside. The drivers never call when they arrive and one time left my pizza in a college dorm hall for anyone to take.
Never using again!

Always glitches and doesn’t always work. Sometimes I give up and just go there to order.
There are bugs in the scheduling section of JulesThinCrust . I’m in JulesThinCrust right now trying to place an order for pickup tomorrow. While it lets me choose the day tomorrow, I can only select 1 am in the morning (it’s 1 pm now) and when I do that, it tells me it’s outside the hours of operation — no kidding! So, that needs to be fixed, pushing the order out 12 hours. So, I can quite get past the rest of JulesThinCrust to give it a proper review. But I’d like to be able to order ahead of time for pickup when the shop opens in the morning. Thanks, Janine
There is no way to schedule a delivery in the future, it only lets you choose ‘today’ and the current time.
JulesThinCrust kept getting stuck and was so hard to work with. I had mediums and wanted to swap for small sand it would not let me do it. I had to finally start all over again.
App is easy just don’t love that it prompts you to put a tip in when you’re picking your pizza up yourself.
I used the Jules App today to place an order for later today. Very easy to do.
I’ve been buying Jules pizza for years and it’s always a crowd pleaser. Always great when an environmentally friendly organic pizza is also flavorful and delicious. JulesThinCrust is well built also.
However, we can never figure out how to order spicy Italian sausage in JulesThinCrust .
My youngest, Jules, introduced us to you. Having just moved from VT her new friends told her all about it. Great options, rocking flavor combos, and cooked to perfection.
Jules’ pizza is delicious! There are zillions of different vegetarian options. We cycle through them and all are good in different ways, and some (I’m looking at you, Mexican pizza and Pear with Brie pizza) are transcendent. And: the Caesar salad is the best I have had nearly anywhere, including the fancy restaurants in Princeton. Hard to believe for something in a plastic container, but try it!!
Pizza is always amazing! For a small business is at so impressed by how clean, functional, and easy to use JulesThinCrust is. Other larger businesses and companies apps don’t come close to how amazing JulesThinCrust is. Great food and great app!
If you’re gluten free and craving yummy pizza, you must try this place! They are super careful and understand how cross contamination works. Pizza tastes great!

I’ve noticed some minor issues like spelling and stuff. Would be cool to order a custom pizza and say if you want half one topping and half the other. Otherwise it’s easy to use and everything is well organized.
