Groups Recovery was awesome until I was to send in a confirmation test !! And I done that only for them to say that it was negative for suboxone but positive for subutex. Which IS A BIG LIE!! I was discharged due to a test that was what the staff called definitive !! That’s a joke. I took my medication as prescribed and no more no less and they wanna come at me with that crap. It seems to me that I was just tossed aside and lied to about my test results to thin out they’re patient load or something!!! I was left without medicine and death was and is my next option ! So thanks Groups Recovery. And if anyone is wanting to join best Make sure u see those test results !! Just sad. Very very sad
I would like to download GroupsRecoverTogether but I can’t because my iPhone 6 Plus has the last iOS update on it now and it’s iOS 12 and won’t go any higher I wished it would but it won’t

2 stars bc there’s nothing to it. Your weekly group video chat, where u upload images, a care plan that tends to lock GroupsRecoverTogether and ur account info. Nothing else. I was hoping for a user friendly app to utilize during recovery. Maybe a classroom filled with info, a daily counter & calendar keeping track of sober days or setbacks. Or a journal for notes, reminders or appts. A messaging tab for contacting other group members, counselors or administrators. The potential to be utilized w/in GroupsRecoverTogether is immense! Helpful to staff as well as us. I expected more, considering the hype it was given. It was a let down to discover it only did basic functions! Hopefully GroupsRecoverTogether can take off, grow and expand with Groups, becoming more of a tool we can utilize throughout recovery. ✊🏼
GroupsRecoverTogether does most of what it says it should. I can only use it on my phone which is really inconvenient. Besides that it force quits on some of the features, such as account info. It stays connected during video conferencing and I haven’t lost any information going back and forth yet. It is a work in progress.
So now I’m forced to do groups from my phone or tablet? I liked being able to use my computer so I could easily see everyone at once. Plus who wants to hold a phone for an hour? Mac accessible/ computer accessible ASAP
Didn’t get off to a good start. I had problems logging in, and it would just kick me off completely. I also had problems with it freezing while having full Wi-Fi signal. I’m not so fond of the care plan set-up. It’s extremely confusing when you’re trying to fill them out, making it difficult to complete without help. I enjoy Groups, and I’ll keep doing the meetings as long as I can. I just wished GroupsRecoverTogether was a little further in development.
It seems like GroupsRecoverTogether is getting worse with each update. 3 months ago GroupsRecoverTogether was working fine and I had zero issues, but now I am having problems left and right, but mostly with the Care Plan. I am unable to complete my care plan because anytime I hit “keep this goal on my Care Plan” GroupsRecoverTogether closes. Please fix this! Thanks
I’m unable to unmute myself if I choose internet voice. I can only speak if connect to the call through a phone number. Other than that GroupsRecoverTogether works well, no random disconnects so far.
I have been using Groups Recover Together for a little over a year now and the Doctors and Counselors here are absolutely AMAZING!!!
GroupsRecoverTogether is wonderful for people who have such high anxiety and cannot go to in person meetings or appointments. Or even just for anyone! If you don’t have a vehicle or cannot walk to the bus etc. even if you just don’t feel like going to in person weekly appts. GroupsRecoverTogether is for you! 😊
