I have a total of 8 accounts to resolve and so far after almost 4 months only two are being resolved. Meanwhile my credit score dropped over 250 points. How will I ever recover my credit after this? My creditors are continually adding interest and late fees while beyond sits on their hands and watches. My credit has never been so low in my life and im concerned now where I’m going to move when my lease is up here. Who will rent to someone who’s credit score is below 300? If you decide to want to settle your debt think about how many accounts you want to settle because deciding. I felt extremely rushed and pushed to sign the dotted line while nowhere in the beginning process was I told that my credit score would plummet. I was better off before all this and now the creditors that are NOT budging with Beyond are sending me settlement offers. Please tell me if I made a huge mistake going through with beyond? I am completely disappointed disgusted dissatisfied and frankly sick to my stomach. You guys held way too much important information back in the beginning process. I definitely would have made a better decision. I really hope some of these accounts can start to settle soon. What is the end game if the creditors don’t settle? Let me know please. 🙏🏽

As someone whose credit was great before joining this program I highly do not recommend this service. My credit went from almost 700 to 540. They told me to stop paying all my cards so they could create a case which brought the total of my debts much higher then when I started off. And some resolutions don’t even get the total down by half. If you are struggling managing all of your debts like I was. I would recommend getting a personal loan and use that to pay off your loans, then you will have a fixed payment each month. Unlike with Beyond that changes as more disputes resolutions are resolved. My current monthly payment is $450. Which is astronomical to pay considering this is a program that claims to give you back financial freedom. I no longer qualify to get a home by myself, I couldn’t even afford to with this monthly payment to rent a place by myself. I would quit the program if I wasn’t already in the thick of it. THERE ARE SMARTER WAYS THAN BEYOND. Good luck out there!

This company is deplorable in their business practices. They pray on individuals who are in financial straits, and they will cause your life to be in much more severe Financial trouble. They might try to sell you this pipe dream that they are doing you something amazing and spectacular, but they will leave your credit in the gutter and they will use the money that you supply to them to make themselves and only themselves rich you getting out of debt is of the last concern of theirs. The only concern they have is Taking your money as much as they can. I spent over $10,000 with these criminals only to have them settle one out of nine of my accounts before your accounts are even settled. They will have helped themselves to 25% of your debt amount!!! you pay in to this service and they supposedly are supposed to use the funds to negotiate with your creditors But instead they deplete your funded account to pay themselves a tremendous amount of money and leave with your creditors many of them not even contacted whatsoever after a whole year of business. I eventually had to file bankruptcy because of the condition that they left me in.

This company has good intentions and good people, but they are way too unrealistically optimistic. I have gotten a huge sense of false advertisement. I was told that best case scenario, my debt would be reduced prior to being settled. Ok cool whatever. The problem comes in when they weren’t able to even settle ANY of my accounts. So they offered me a personal loan for consolidation from Above Lending (high interest rate mind you…) decorated and sugarcoated as a “graduation loan for having a good payment record.” It was nothing but a disguise for Beyond’s inability to settle my accounts. Ok cool whatever. The part that really got me is when I tried settling my last account. I WAS PROMISED that the fees and interest from these creditors (since Beyond advices you to quit making payments upon starting the program) would NOT have to be paid. Turns out that I have to pay even MORE than the agreed upon amount. I understand that it’s ultimately up to the creditor, but this company is very much at fault of UNREALISTIC OPTIMISM that toys with the line of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. All in all, there are better and more wise methods of debt settlement. I strongly advocate against this company’s debt settlement program.

Yes, in the beginning – it’s scary and overwhelming. Self doubt and untrust is deep in our soul. I promise you if you give into this process - and it can be a long painful one in the beginning - you will come out victorious! BF walks us through a scary time in our life. I’ve had nothing but positive experience & when I feel unsure and I call they answer all my questions. They go above and beyond to get us to a place where we can finally be free! Debt-free! I just approved my last account! When I got here, I was $41,000 in debt and drowning. Now I’m not! Stick in there - scream if you have to. It works if you work it and let it work!

Beyond Finance has been great. When I call there are no long hold times. They explained everything crystal clear. Honestly I found myself nervous to go on this journey just because there’s so many scammers out there but I’m very happy with the service they have provided. When they reached a resolution with one of my creditors they called, text AND emailed within 1 mean of each other. Just a word of advice to those about to sign up with them, be patient. I know for me I would check everyday and get a little anxious because they weren’t resolving my debt in my time frame but trust me THEY ARE working on it just be patient. =)

No wonder Accredited is the #1 debt consolidation program there is because the entire process from start to finish has been so much easier than I could have ever imagined. Every single representative I’ve spoken to has been patient and insightful. Even though the subject matter must be grueling, they absolutely prioritize customer care and have made me feel seen and supported. There’s no way I would’ve been able to pay off all of my debt without Beyond. 1000% worth it. Every representative I spoke to was kind, informative, compassionate, and honest. I absolutely love working with the Beyond Finance Team and their app works so well with the goals I am trying to achieve and the service the company is providing. My only feedback is I wish when I am trying to pay off an account in that is in “payment progress” I wish I could do that through BeyondFinance online instead of having to call. Maybe you can and I just don’t know how. I also haven’t tried asking a representative why we cannot or if we can, so that’s definitely on me. But other than that, everything is super transparent and updated very quickly. I’m very grateful to be working with this team and their technology they offer to their clients.

I was credit card free for years and as my retirement date neared, I took out a credit card. Not one, but three over time. Eventually I went crazy and found myself in trouble. My sister recommended Beyond. I read the reviews and dived in. Helpful and attentive representatives assured me that I would be taken care of. They assured me that I could reach out at anytime with questions along the way.
This was January 2024. One of my 3 cards have been set to a settlement payment and is in process.
I have a set amount that is automatically deducted from my bank account and believe me I don't mind! What a relief to know that I am on my way to debt freedom. I will never let this happen again.

Being young and reckless got me into $14k in credit cards debt within 3 years. Never again will I get a credit card lol. But I had no idea how I was going to pay this off and it was a constant stress on my mind. Beyond eliminated that stress for me. Beyond Finance has been amazing throughout the whole process. Very informative and helpful with all my questions. Just after a year of deposits into my dedicated accounts they have helped me in negotiating my debt with two companies. It is scary at first because your credit does drop but once the settlements are completed you will see the raise in credit after a certain time period. I was able to graduate to a loan with their sister company to help pay the debt off faster and therefore my biweekly payment only raised maybe 30$ to pay the loan vs depositing into the dedicated account. This definitely sped up the process and 1 of 2 of my debts have been completed and the 2nd one is in negotiation. Thank you Beyond for helping me settle my debt!

From friendly and helpful initial contact to two settlements in a matter of months, I couldn’t be happier. They were patient and kind, and understood my own personal situations that led to my debt. I absolutely love beyond finance and all that they do! They do all the hard work of negotiating! I had $16,000 in debt with personal loans and credit cards. They were able to get the companies to negotiate a lower amount and they made the payments for me each month taking out just what I could afford! It always comes out first on pay day so it’s always paid! It has helped rebuild my credit so much from what I had ruined it too. Life is hard enough trying to figure out how to pay for things. I’m thankful for beyond finance and them being able to help me pay off my debt, get my credit rebuilt by having 100% on time payments and handling it all for me! They’re amazing! I was a mess with worry about my financial status. I wasn’t sleeping well because of my debt. I saw an add about taking stress off of me and put into the company. I thought yeah, right! I took the number down. A couple days later, I came across the name and number of the company. I thought, it can’t be worse than the state I’m in right now. Larry called me. I am deeply in debt . With the economy crashing , skyrocketing prices , Covid etc I got behind which is something that has never happened to me . I joined this program . Enrique , the gentleman who signed me up , kept telling me .. trust the process ..you did not get into debt over night and you won’t get out of debt overnight .. he has been exceptional , talking me off the fence multiple times .. I now have 2 cards in settlement which feels amazing .. I know beyond takes 25 percent per each settlement which annoyed me at first . After looking at how much interest I would of paid on my cards , in the long run , the percentage beyond takes no longer bothers me . Being debt free is in my future ! I also don’t have to deal with the creditors and try to make deals myself . My credit score took a hit , but it will rebound . Beyond has also taught me how to budget and live life without swiping the plastic card . I am a pleased customer .

Wow! Totally saved my life, my ex fiancé(malignant narcissist) maxed out both of my credit cards without my knowing and left me with 20,000 extra in debt on top of starting a company (“for us”) which I forked 50,000 into. He left with all the equipment I bought and left nothing for me in the bank and all this debt I was paying 28% Interest rates. I felt overwhelmed and paralyzed. Beyond finance gives me the peace of mind I deserve to have! I’ve been making my two payments a month of 250 and on time.
The customer service is EASY to reach! Very knowledgeable and helpful person will always be there for my questions. I’m able to feel in control again! If you’re experiencing high interest and more debt than you know what to do then I couldn’t recommend this option more! App is great and easy to navigate as well. One more time the customer service is the absolute best! So easy to talk to a human! Forever grateful!

Before I contacted Beyond Finance I was feeling so overwhelmed. I had accumulated over 20 K in debt due to medical bills, my car etc. The interest rates were high and I had no way to handle them.
I called BF as I had heard good things about them. I felt ashamed when I called that I had gotten myself in such a dire situation. Everyone whom I spoke to there was kind and patient, and they made it easy for me to give them the correct information regarding my credit cards. The amazing thing is that by negotiating with my creditors they were able to reduce the amount that I owed substantially. Some bills were payed right away. Now I pay them one affordable monthly bill. They handle all of it and I ignore requests for payment from my creditors, it is important to do so as I know that Beyond Finance is handing it. It will take a few years to resolve everything but at least I don’t have to worry. They have helped me to live within my means. Thank you Beyond Finance.

It’s been a bit of a slow start, but I am seeing Debt being paid off. The rep I am working with was very upfront about how the program works, and all has gone as expected. I have a little while to pay everything off but I am seeing steady improvement
Update- I’m seeing good improvement in my credit score and I am seeing accounts paid off. My credit did initially take a little dip but actually came up quickly. I still have a big chunk of debt to pay off but overall it has been great having a team be my voice and negotiate. It’s a slow process but it’s working.
