I’ve had the same frustrating issue with this app twice now. The first time, I made a mistake, paid my tolls, and reached out for help since neoRide had no way to fix the error. It took a long time for them to respond, but after leaving a review, they asked me to remove it and promised to make things right if I gave them another chance.
I did, and before my December trip, I let them know in advance. Now, three months later, my funds are still there, but I have yet to be charged. Meanwhile, I’ve received three toll bills, one with extra fees. Customer support replies to my emails but avoids my actual questions and won’t escalate the issue. They keep saying, “It takes about three weeks, sometimes more,” but at this point, it’s been far too long.
this app, if anyone from your team sees this, fix this immediately. This is unacceptable service.
