This is a good concept and has potential, but just like Lekki is popular so are other areas where people without transportation will sure likely to use the advantages of what MANO has to offer. If they compile all the estates near a intersection and radius where drivers will be able to benefit it will be great. There several popular restaurants or supermarkets near very established estates but it doesn’t serve those areas, but only near the restaurant itself. I also feel like someone should really canvas the area well for local restaurants or many alike in Ikorodu or other cities near can benefit platform, customers and drivers especially known in the area. Please fix I can see the potential and solution.
I have used this app since September of 2024 and mostly it would work (though the service is slow and their time estimates are always underestimated … if it says 30 mins to deliver, it will likely take 1.5 hrs). However, from one day to the next it stopped working on my phone and I could not log in. When I sought customer service, they provided absolutely no support. And I was unable to log back in to my account and have lost all my receipts which I need for corporate reimbursements. If you are a corporation, I strongly advise against using MANO because there is no guarantee that you will be able to access your invoices and there is no reliably customer support.
Second time in a row that I order something, they don’t have the product and still bill me anyways. Very poor and disappointing service
It has been over one week now and they have refused to refund my payment, payment was successful sent to their account and they keep denying it, even after the driver acknowledged the payment by asking the person in charge.
I have never seen an high level of dishonesty in my life.
Please fix the bugs on MANO it keeps on freezing and showing white screen.
I've downloaded MANO and removed it for like 10 times and yet it is jot working.
The time written down is never the real time.
Drivers take so much time to answer and they never answer calls.
Canceling an order isnt an option in MANO.
Nothing is responding on MANO ! It’s so frustrating combined it takes so long before it responses to what ever you click …I can’t do nothing!

MANO is misbehaving
Luego de pocas semanas de haber instalado la app ha dejado de funcionar. Al abrirla la pantalla se queda en blanco. Tuve que borrarla e instalarla nuevamente.
I has such high hopes - they started out well: quick delivery and well stocked options. Now, the items shown as available are never really available and they call you back with order changes, delivery takes 2 hours , and the worst - they sometimes put in the wrong items in your order.
Sad sad.
