Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Anime Cloud app issues:

Force Stop the Anime Cloud App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Anime Cloud app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Anime Cloud to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Anime Cloud App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Anime Cloud app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Anime Cloud.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Anime Cloud » "Force Stop".

Again, got Anime Cloud » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
