Needs Improvement

Seller fees are too expensive. Needs more users, I think with less expensive fees it could grow. With more users things would sell higher and quicker. I sold a couple sets of gear but it took months and having to lower my price multiple times. With what I ended up with it really wasn’t worth my time. I pulled the 3rd set I had listed and just gave them away to a kid at the local track. The most frustrating thing is I can’t use my balance from selling those items to purchase anything else on the site. I can pay more fees to have my own money transferred to me (which already has seller fees removed) or I can add my bank account info and get it in a few days. I don’t like using my bank info online, I only use credit cards. If bank info leaks you’re broke, if CC info leaks, you just dispute the bill. Anyway unless they change their policy or I change mine, my money is frozen under their account.

Purchased a helmet from the app. When the seller accepted it, my screen turned white and now will no longer display anything but a white screen. Tried to use the website on my phone and wont let me sign in. Also tried on my desktop and same issue. I’m not sure if it was something I did. But I have tried to delete and reinstall multiple times and nothing seems to work. Other than that it’s a decent competitor to Facebook marketplace. I got my helmet so I’m not super upset. But how am I supposed to continue to use the app?

This app offers Sign In with Apple. Great, that’s how I signed in. Most services that use this method know how to grab your email address. Guess MX Locker hasn’t figured that out yet. I am also fairly certain I enabled notifications when the app prompted me. I made a listing and the item sold, but I got zero notification that it sold. Not until customer service sent me a text asking what was wrong. Got it taken care of, but this whole thing could have gone smoother with a better app. As far as I can tell there’s no way for me to add my email address. This is kind of basic stuff in 2022.
