This is kind of sad for me. Last year Tile Journey just would not load. It was one of my two favorite games. I contacted you to fix it on your end, and you did. I don’t remember the exact icon, but the 2021 became a grapefruit with 2022 overlaying it. Well, here we are at the end of 2022, and once again Tile Journey will not open. Just immediately flips back to the wall where all my icons are.
I decided to delete and reinstall it even though it would mean losing years of gameplay. I like the game that much. Well guess what. I reinstalled it, and it still won’t open.
What is the point of having a game that can only be played for a year? I ask, because this is the second year this has happened to me. Both times in mid December.
Update: Here it is 2023 and once again I’m deleting and reinstalling. Like the game. Love the graphics. But it only plays well for a year. After that it’s almost impossible to load, or play more than a level or two at the most before it kicks out.
Oh well.

I have been playing this game for at least 2 to 3 years daily and this last year has been awful. I would play it every single day however I find myself now playing other games because the game has a lot of issues the advertising of other games won’t permit you to continue. When a special or seasonal part of the game is offered you can’t participate because you can’t get the advertising off your screen .I have had the advertising of product, other games etc stuck on my screen for two days Bug fixes are needed constantly You advertise games with no ads. You need to consider that for this game Awful You need to consider allowing us to be able to play at least 2 rounds before an advertisement. Advertisements are to long and to constant over and over again. Ridiculous !
You also need to get. Vita mahjong off my screen so I can play the new special event

My two star rating is because there is a new ad EVERY TIME you clear the board. The most irritating type that have no speaker button to mute plus after you suffer through the ad, it has one of those X buttons that refuses to close over and over. I stopped playing to post this review so admin can see what causes people to remove games they love because the hassle is not worth it. Am waiting a few days before I delete the game and will check back after I cool off a bit and see if the problem is fixed. I have NEVER played a game that has ads constantly like this one! It is a shame but it is so irritating I will delete the game and never look back if nothing gets done. You must be hiding reviews like mine because I am positive I am not in the minority in being irritated.
