The game keeps crashing and given the number of reports about this, over a considerable period of time, it really is time this was sorted. This is a game I enjoy playing, but I now find it so frustrating that I am seriously considering giving it up.

I have been playing scene 30 for 4 days and cannot unlock the next chapter.  My flowers are 34 - 1449 more.  I have 849 lightning strikes.  I am sick of playing the same chapter over and over.  This happened on Chapter 29 and I bought and decorated and it took about a week to move to the next chapter.  All of my other chapters I only had to play 3 or 4 stars.  I'm doing something wrong.  If you can't help, I will delete june's journey  and tell everyone that you are not able to move to the next chapter.

No one wants to play a cheating game like this one does for example when you do the light house it says things over and over again it's not getting built right and your sweep the board part cheats as well it shows items you know and it says you receive a hint reward I got those all the time and when I go to the number on it I should have the hint reward all the time when it says I should get it and when you get closer to the reward part it shows something like you don't know about and never let you use hints on it. The decorations doesn't work right either when it shows on top that number of things you can use with it and you have it it won't let you choose anything I want and the part of the unlock things I have enough to unlock them and it never unlocks anything like levels and decorations and the jack delivery part won't work right either it won't let me choose anything like that stuff that is in the game. You're game is a cheating game and a liar either you need to fix the game problems or take it off because no one wants to play a game that won't do what it says and having to do things over and over again like the light house part should have been done and so we can play the next levels but it won't let you. The Game does not want you to use anything on it and also there is not enough energy to play every course and when you get a super star it only gives you one and the part where you put puzzles together like snippet it won't let you do all of it. You're game needs fixing really bad or no one will continue playing it we need to have more super star and be able to choose what we want the game to be played.

I cannot play the game. Earlier in the day I played well, I made a purchase and got kicked out but cannot log back in. I keep getting the same error message. "Something went wrong when trying to connect to our servers". Every other app works perfectly. Please help.

Every since you’ve used the ad for, “Royal Match”, JJ keeps freezing up and crashes. I feel Rick Hoffman of the ad should come for dinner since I can’t do anything else since our first meeting. Very disappointed with the game and the crashes. I will be uninstalling it if you can’t fix your problem. Waisting my time.

Wooga Online Support Form Not Working & Issue with competing in Competition Just over 24 hours ago I tried to use the online support form, however it continues to give an error message of 'Could not submit the form. Please try again later'. I sent an email to 'support@redacted' also just over 24 hours ago, as yet I have received no response at all. Below is what my email contained and remains an issue: Good morning, I created a new team 'June's NSW Detectives' 10/10/2022. I have 12 members. Three members have reported they have received the same message when they tried to play in the current competition which finishes in a little over three hours. (I have successfully played in this competition using Android.) The message received is: 'The new members of clubs can't join competition that is in progress.' I received this advice from one member about 6 hours ago (the middle of the night where I live) hence the late reporting of the issue. I have enquired what platform these members use, however due to time differences, I may not know that anytime soon. The members of my club who have reported the issue are: 'Gemini_Bear', 'Murray' & 'Ana'. Would you advise if there is a known issue? I am still getting kicked off the game after playing 3-4 scenes.I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling the app,but I keep crashing.it’s the only time I crash on my iPad is when I am playing June,and judging from the complaints being 66% about crashing,the problem is at your end.so please do something about it.

I’m having major issues with the new video adds that you have put on the game , can not go back to playing the game because you can’t finish the video nor exit off of them . I’m just going to have to stop playing the game because you can’t play with your new adds . Another issue is can you please make the island bigger so I can buy more items to put on my island. I can not make anymore purchases without a bigger island. Thank you and hopefully you can take off the new adds , videos , so we can actually play the game .

Hi! The new game Sweep the Board, is far too difficult, it is for elite players and not regular players. A lot of us are not as fast as required for this game. A lot of us play for fun... but this game is NOT even fun! ....Please, remove the game and take back Detectives Needed and snippets för the Memory game. /Tina

Excessive frustrating waiting and repetitive ads

I love playing June’s Journey but it can be frustrating: flowers to “decorate the island” are required to advance and must be earned by purchasing items with coins earned by completing chapters and tasks. It takes too long to complete chapters and earn enough coins to buy items, and then too long for the items to “complete construction” and earn the flowers. No exaggeration, I have played consistently for a week at a time, replaying the same scenes over and over dozens of times (boring!) to earn enough coins to buy a decorating item that then requires waiting four or five days before it actually delivers the flowers needed to advance. Of course you can spend real money to avoid all the waiting but that’s not gonna happen. Actual game play when you get to do it is fun. Oh, and by the way, I know ads pay the piper, but I’ve completed Volume One of June’s Journey: over a year of gameplay, 100 chapters, 500 scenes, and my guesstimate is that I’ve wasted six hours of my life ninety seconds at a time waiting for ads for Lily’s Garden to be over. At this point the ONLY way I’d download Lily’s Garden is if they paid me $100, and then I’d refuse to play it. I’ve put June’s Journey down in the middle of gameplay because I can’t bear to watch another ad for Lily’s Garden right now. Again, actual gameplay is fun but boy you gotta sit thru a pile of PITA unless you want to spend money.

It’s fun but.....

I’ve enjoyed playing this game but the rewards you get aren’t worth the money you have to spend. I’ve noticed that the developers are very stingy with many parts of this game making you buy more and more stuff to proceed. To me not a very good business plan....I would continue to pay for boosts if you got a fair amount of items/energy to play. I’ve noticed that you get quite a big percentage to fill up stars in the beginning of a scene but when you get to the end 2 stars, even if you get perfect every time you only get about 10% which causes you to use up your energy and then have to buy or use up all your purple diamonds...would seem to me if you get perfect you should progress rapidly but that is not the case. And trying to get compasses to expand your area of play is impossible....those compasses are very few and far between... I don’t mind spending money to play a game but I want a bit of “bang for my bucks” and that is not the way it works in this game...think developers are a bit too greedy...which is sad because it really is fun but I won’t be spending any more money to play....I realize my review will not change anything because people before me have complained about the same thing so apparently the developers either aren’t listening or they don’t care or they have enough people playing the game that the people that leave don’t impact them much...sigh!!

Great game, but not perfect

I’ve been playing this game for a month now and I’ll say that June’s Journey is a great game and I have a lot of fun playing the game, but I do have some issues about it. First of all the time it takes to build some stuff such as the lighthouse. To finish building the lighthouse you need to wait days in order to continue building which is fine with me, but I end up having to wait two weeks just to finish a digital light house. That’s just exaggerating. Another thing I find annoying is how long it takes to get 5 stars. I don’t mind taking 30 seconds off my time in order to use less energy for more fun, but it gets annoying that each play only increase in about 7% as you progress into more stars. The levels get more difficult which make sense, it’s a game it’s supposed to be challenging, but to get less reward as it increases in difficulty, that doesn’t make sense. Most games when levels become more difficult you get better rewards, but in June Journey’s case, you get the same coin and object rewards and less star rewards. But overall everything else is great. Money isn't bad, you always have enough to build a beautiful place and waiting for decorations to build isn’t bad either, except for the big building like the light house, which takes weeks just to build one tiny section, it’s been a month and I’ve only built three parts of this multi part building.
