Contact Tower of God Support

Love the Tower of God anime was super stoked about the game. Decided to purchase some stuff since I wanted to support the game.
If I could make a recommendation do NOT buy anything, you won’t get it and their super helpful customer service third party site that refuses to accept your login so you can’t come to a resolution. Unfortunately this a very common problem in their forums section, which means they are well aware of the issue and don’t care to change it.
Not trying to rant just trying to warn you if you play the game just don’t purchase anything.

The main goal of the game is to go up the tower of trials and the “rice pot” but the rewards you get are so bad. Like floor 50 get you ten summons on the fully random banner… and floor 400 gives you the same thing, its insane that the diamonds also don’t increase at all, I find no need to push higher until this gets improved

I KNOW you guys can see the bad reactions to your release. You KNOW the Korean version at least started players out with more pulls to get a better start in your game and 4 days have passed now and you have done NOTHING. This is EXACTLY why this game wont last long because Im sure you wont listen to any averse feedback. This is poor game management but you guys dont care. Hopefully someone reads this review and dodged a bullet.
