How to fix Tags app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tags app on iPhone
Update Tags app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tags iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tags on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tags network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tags Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tags not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tags App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tags » click [Force Stop]

Update Tags to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tags App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tags » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tags.

Fix Tags unable to contact server/ Tags internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tags » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tags » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
