Severe breach of privacy
In ‘Contacts’ menu there is a search feature named ‘Alaap Directory search’. Searching a name of any person ends of with a lot other contacts with the same/ similar name including their phone numbers. I am guessing, they have built this directory from the other Alaap users, as they have already gave permission to access their Contacts. This is a severe breach of privacy and need immediate rectification.

It was thinking that money will keep in my country. All others sim operators are developing their business in our country came from others country. This is our government's apps and money will go in our governments pocket. But they all are thieves as like others government thief. Just hate the country system.

First thing is the call rate. The call rate is too high compared to the mobile operators. Why should I use IP phone if the call rate is not reasonable? The network/call quality is also very bad. Can’t hear anything. The app is not working now after the last app update in iPhone 7 ios 14.6.
