Close and restart the Jimo app on iPhone
Update Jimo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Jimo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Jimo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Jimo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Jimo app issues:

Force Stop the Jimo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Jimo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Jimo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Jimo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Jimo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Jimo.

Fix Jimo unable to contact server/ Jimo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Jimo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Jimo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Jimo on android.
