I NEED HELP !!! What else can I do?????I have banked with this bank for 2 years and never had a problem with them until November 2021; wherein a few thousand dollars were taken fr my account. I have been on the phone (via their chat box in the banking app) with them every single day since Nov. 25, 2021 regarding the situation and haven't gotten anything resolved!! I was repeatedly instructed to continue filing a dispute claim form which I've did a gazillion times. And this got NOWHERE!!! It took from Nov. 25, 2021 until April 28, 2022 to even get them to place my claim with their dispute team and that was after threatening them with a lawsuit and being just utterly hateful!! Once I was able to get in contact with the dispute team, I was assured by a supervisor the funds would be back in my account withing 3-5 business days. After 6 days, they were not; therefore, I contacted them again (requested a supervisor again and each time thereafter) and was assured it'd be by the close of their business day (specifically asked them what time of day that is for them and was told 5 pm EST) and to date... Still hasn't happened!!! This went on for over 2 weeks and nothing accomplished and nothing followed thru with!!! I then contacted NBKC which owns Bella Bank and they state they can't directly speak to anyone with Bella but can send a complaint to FINTECH (WHOEVER THAT IS) who can ONLY email Bella Bank. I've gone thru this process several times a day for the past week with NBKC/FINTECH and still not shit!!! I have contacted the FDIC and am now going to file a police report in hopes of getting somewhere with something. IT'S BULLSHIT THAT YA WORK YOUR ASS OFF TO PICK UP THE PIECES OF LIFE'S HAPPENINGS, PUT IN ALL THE HARD WORK, BLOOD, SWEAT AND TEARS AND SUCCEED WITH MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS UNLIJE BEFORE AND.... YOUR MONEY US STOLEN AS IN THIS CASE; YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR PAY CHECK AT ALL, OR IT IS JUST FREE-HANDEDLY GIVEN TO SOMEONE THAT ISN'T EVEN ON YOUR ACCOUNT NOR HAVE THEY BEEN GIVEN AUTHORIZATION TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNT. FRAUD FRAUD FRUD! I’ve been locked out of my OWN account since the 26th of February! Been getting the same run around about waiting on emails etc! I too am on disability and I feel they are messing with my mental health! They locked my account with my IRS funds in there! Can’t seem to get it unlocked now!

Everyone who has a problem needs to contact their local news agency and let them know that this bank is fraudulent! I am also locked out for no reason and I am on Social Security as well! I am not sitting back and waiting for them to decide when I can access my money. I called my local news agency and they are going to interview me and take a look at this site as well. Banks can’t have that much power!

I filed my tax return on 1/21 and the IRS sent funds to bella on Friday they loved and froze my account once I chat in to see if they received my deposit yesterday I sent over tons of docs verifying who I'am they said the account look fraudulent I said that's all lies I been depositing money through my cashapp to my bella for months with no issues even tho they weren't big deposits I said don't try no funny stuff with my money either return it back to the IRS or unfreeze my account the lady mentioned that it was escalated and she is unsure on the timeframe, something needs to be done about this bella and nbkc bank is terrible and should be exposed and shut down they are messing up ppl lively hood. I need this fix ASAP I'm behind on my rent and I told my landlord days ago I would have his money. This is a terrible banking app. We need help to resolve our issues with bella

I verified purchases to have my card unlocked, because my card was locked simply because I filed a claim and it was locked until resolved which was super inconvenient, then my card was also reported "lost or stolen" within one minute of my claim being resolved. They also tried to hold money from me after I initiated a transfer to a new bank account because I smelled something fishy happening. Once I brought up how illegal that would be, my funds suddenly arrived in my new account- but they made two card payments bounce and I had to pay the fees. Now I received a refund 25 days after that account was closed. It's been 60 days since my account was closed and I have seen no funds nor a notice of them which is illegal. If anyone starts a class action against them I would be happy to join!

Had my card locked because of activity that I didn't make and also was issued the refund for it but by the time I got the refund my card was already locked. Now I have absolutely no access to my money and I can't even transfer it out because nothing will linked to it because it says it's a 10 active debit card number. I have talked to support and all they can do is tell me to wait now they're sending me a new card apparently but I have begged and pleaded with support to please give me my money or access to my money and they said as soon as it's unlocked within the day you will have access to it. Now they've decided to send me another one? I never even asked for my locked card to be locked. I just wanted my refund. I'm so sick to my stomach right now because I have no money and I have 2 kids but nobody seems to care that I can't access my money because of you guys doing something I never told you to do with my account. I have been dealing with this issue for a week now. They suspended my acct then closed it then opened then sent an email that said myrd was lost or stolen. My acct is still locked. I have gone back and forth with customer service. I've been told it was place on high priority then escalated and still nothing. I have not ever used my bella acct not my card and I have been waiting for deposits that you sent back. I was told something about fraud but nothing else how do you comment fraud when you haven't used your acct? I regret ever dealing with this bank. You don't care about your members.

I have contacted Bella over and over, talked for hours through chat and fraud department to na avail. Card is locked and my phone is off, so I can't get a text code to get into my account. This is such bullshit, I am terminal and have been going through this over and over for 3 months. If this doesn't work, my next 2 calls are to my attorney and the Social Security Administration. Fix this so I can get out of this bank NOW!!!!

I am a customer of Bella and my husband's unemployment check is set up to deposit into my account. TWC did a verification deposit to make sure it was an active account and to give yall proof that his check is supposed to go to my account. They’re having serious difficulties

I have a similar story to recent posts…Bella was really great at first (operated as advertised, customer service was fantastic) but some time late last year some of the functionality seemed to stop and the customer service became slow. Then this winter I received a large payment from my employer…I payed some big bills with some of the money, and I tried to request withdrawing the rest. That’s when they told me they can only do ACH, which has a limit. And then they froze my account. And then their chat response was very delayed. And then they told me they don’t have a phone line to use. So I was in the dark. After days of intermittent contact and providing their compliance department with statements to prove the money was mine and proof of my identity, the sent me all of my money. Lesson learned that fintech “banks” are not ready for real services, and that they are in trouble - I read an article in the Finacial Times about how fraudulent accounts are being created and used at online banks, so they end up locking accounts all the time. Look it up. And be weary of online banks like Bella! They appear to be a sinking ship.

Perfect at First, Now a nightmare

This bank was perfect at first, card was georgous and the customer service was fast and got things solved. Fast forward a few months when I purchased something but cancelled it before it shipped and it had been a few days since and I hadn't gotten anything back. They told me to file a dispute form and then call the bella visa number to start it. That went well, I asked about a week later if I could get a new card or if my card will be unlocked anytime soon. They told me to call the same number again and so I did. Because after the first time I called them the funds disputed returned to my account, they weren't going to do anything with the filed dispute, not even mark it as resolved. Their customer service rep takes days to respond when it's something urgent. I've since switched to Envel. Don't do it.

What even is this?

What a nightmare! Nothing works! I try to find my account… 404 error. I try to tell the live agents their so proud of and all they’re doing is reading off a script. I’ve chatted with at least 3 agents and when I asked one if they knew what a 404 error was they asked me to keep it professional and didn’t help! They lure you in with this karma ideal but you can’t choose per transaction it’s a setting! THE WORST Update to the developer response: I wasn’t following a broken link. After connecting with my bank to add funds when the app should take me back to Bella to see my connected account it doesn’t. I get navigated to a Bella 404 page. This is what I mean. No one tries to work with you. They tell you that your problem doesn’t fit their script so it must be my fault then they go on about how much they’re focused on customer service.
