How to fix Moovya app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Moovya app on iPhone
Update Moovya app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Moovya iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Moovya on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Moovya network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Moovya Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Moovya not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Moovya App
1. On android, goto Settings » Moovya » click [Force Stop]

Update Moovya to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Moovya App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Moovya » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Moovya.

Fix Moovya unable to contact server/ Moovya internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Moovya » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Moovya » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
