Some feedback maybe ;)

First of all, when i hit “Rate PamFitnessFood ” it redirected me to some random app on app store called “Heinenman”? Which is little confusing. I wanted to write feedback for PamFitnessFood . Second, Can we make it so that user can select multiple meal and add all the ingredients to the grocery list. I am having to have to add meal plan to my grocery list one by one. Another thing was that i had checked an item on my grocery list already, then added another meal to my grocery list but the grocery list added another item that i checked already, which made 2 entry. Also it might be really neat if the grocery list can be sorted into category so when i go shopping , and im in one isle, i dont have to scroll through all the list, rather just look at one section of the list. But overall this is really nice. And enjoying PamFitnessFood ! Already on my way to get grocery. I dont know if there will be 4,5 different types of workout plan for everyday that Pamela usually posts on her instagram, i do the slow 45 min one, and im wondering if i can choose that from PamFitnessFood and just look at them / and play the workout. Because on the homepage it looks like there is a workout plan, but i am not sure if its the hard 45 min version or not. Thank you.

Adds: this is monday morning 1am, i had made my plan for this week but its all replaced back to last weeks meal plan :/ not happy

BEST APP. LOVE IT!

I have been a follower of Pamela’s for a while and she is so inspiring! When I saw she created an app I needed to get it. The interface is amazing! It is so well thought out and the user experience is FABULOUS! You can add recipe ingredients to your shopping list so easily and you can create a workout plan - quick and easy. I absolutely love how she made most features free but also getting access to the full list of recipes is actually really affordable - 2 dollars a month?! I’m not sure how she is making money on this but it will surely be such a success. Already started planning on my workouts and which recipes I want to try! Thank you for spending the time over the last year to develop such a stunning and useful app! 5 stars ⭐️🤩

The best fitness app I’ve tried so far:

I’ve been following Pamela Reif & her workouts for around 6 months and I was so excited for her app!! Pamela’s workouts are quick & effective. She always has a workout for how I’m feeling. If I want to do HIIT, there’s HIIT, if I just feel like doing low impact legs, there’s knee friendly booty. Her app is for starters gorgeous. The recipes are AMAZING! I can’t wait to try more! And it’s so helpful that she added the plans but I also enjoy adding my own workouts which I think is something unique about her app is that you can customize your plans. Her prices are very reasonable compared to most fitness apps. And worth it. I highly recommend PamFitnessFood :)

I love Pam! Helps with confidence!

This is the greatest app ever!
Pamela is my savior!
Before watching her videos and reading her blogs I was uncomfortable in gym class in school because I don’t play any sports. I never did good on the push up and curl up test. Although after Pamela I have been doing 20 min of her workouts every day and I even have a six pack going! I love her breakfast recipes and try to make them whenever I can! I know her workouts are BRUTAL but once you get though them you feel strong and motivated to do things throughout the day! PamFitnessFood helps you plan your workouts and meals and is free! Love the app and the woman behind it!

Pam is such a hardworking individual and it is obvious by PamFitnessFood. The whole app looks adorable and it is easy to look for everything you need. While paying for PamFitnessFood gives you the whole experience, without paying for it you still get to see all the workouts, several recipes, and you can add them to your plan which I find really helpful. Mostly for the exercises, as it helps me plan my whole week in advance. There are also kind of blog posts which one cannot read unless paying for it, which I am considering as they seem really interesting.

Great workouts and yummy recipes

I started doing Pam’s workouts a few months ago and it’s the FIRST workout program I’ve stuck with! I am doing them 6 days a week and feel so motivated. They are tough sometimes, but short and encouraging enough to just do another one ...and then another! I love her workout plans available on PamFitnessFood . (I’ve been doing the ‘45 minute sweaty’). I’ve also tried 4 of her recipes so far and have loved 3 of them. I have never had “porridge” but now I’m eating it almost every day. Bought “oat milk” and “cocoa nibs” for the first time too. Lol. I’m telling all my girlfriends and sisters about it too. Cheers to a healthy 2021!

I love it!

I have been following Pam’s workouts on and off for a couple years now, and I’m so happy about PamFitnessFood! Right now i’m just using it to keep track of my workouts, but I hope to start using the recipes and meal planning functions at some point.
This is very nit-picky but I did notice that there is no way to change the order of your workouts in the plan without deleting them all and starting over. I also wonder if in the future there could be a way to track your workouts over time? A history function perhaps? And maybe this could apply to meal plans as well.

This has to be one of the best apps I’ve ever gotten. There’s so many options and recipes and if I don’t have that recipe I can add it to my grocery list. PamFitnessFood makes me motivated to actually make meal plans and it tells you how to make everything in a simple way. There’s even workout plans that are simple to set up for the week and they’re effective and fun and make me break a sweat! It also lets you choose if you’re a beginner, etc. also, the subscription is only 2 dollars a month and free for a week. Totally worth it! I’ll probably end up buying the recipe book too :) thank you Pamela!!

Beautifully and Thoughtfully laid out

I love checking my app each day to see what’s new. Every day on the main page you see today’s recipes and workouts. You can also add the week’s schedule to you plan. Everything down to the buttons has Pamela’s signature charm and style. She’s always asking for our input on Instagram and then uses that to update PamFitnessFood , workouts and meals. A years access is super affordable. I’m pretty cheap, but I’ll gladly pay $22 for full access to such a beautiful and useful app. She’s always updating and tweaking it. You can see her heart is in all she does.

Aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate!

I myself have a sensitive stomach and can’t consume dairy, refined sugars, a lot of greens, beans, etc. Hence, it makes it hard to look for true organic food recipes that don’t require any of the ingredients previously mentioned, that are fulfilling (I like to eat a lot haha), and are tasty to eat. Full disclosure, I hate oatmeal (lol), and if you noticed, a lot of her recipes have oatmeal but I’ve really tried to push myself to eat and honestly it’s soooo tasty! Everything about PamFitnessFood is amazing! Been doing her workouts for about 8months now (45min sweaty plan) and I loveee it!

It just became harder to plan my workouts

I use PamFitnessFood every week to plan my workouts. Since the new update, addig individual workouts for my plan is so much more difficult and takes forever scrolling through the big pictures to find a workout. An idea for this is to be able to search for a workout by name or if there was a grid view option. Also one more place for improvement: the filters cancel each other out and it would be nice if searching for two categories (both recipes and workouts) would show me all options from those categories. Everything else is great and I love PamFitnessFood othervise.

Already in love!

I’m still fairly new to Pam’s workout videos but it didn’t take me long at all to love her! She’s so genuine and down to earth and you can tell she really cares about helping people. PamFitnessFood is so sleek and so easy to navigate and it’s almost all free. Even the subscription is completely affordable!!! I like that you can easily find the videos. My favorite part is how she includes her workout that she’s doing for the day, that’s super cool. There are also soooo many amazing recipes that I’m so excited to try. I am so happy I found Pam and her videos! So inspiring!

My favorite recipe and workout app

I love PamFitnessFood both for the recipes and the workouts. I love the daily plan setup and found the breakfasts I’ve tried to be delicious! One thing I would love to have added is the option to add your own recipes and save them to the meal plan. I also absolutely love the setup within each recipe including the ability to adjust number of portions and the “start cooking” layout that makes it easy to follow the steps without having to scroll around to find the measurements for each ingredient!

Everything you need

This is a great app for the monthly subscription price. I love that your workout schedule is different each week, so you never get bored. I’m at beginner level, and it’s challenging, but I love how I can break it up, if needed. I like the style of her videos, where there’s little to no talking, but I also love her motivational articles about food, exercise and well-being. Her recipes are wholesome and delicious, so you don’t feel like you’re dieting. It’s a whole lifestyle that I feel is definitely in my reach!

Absolutely wonderful!!!

I have been wanting an app like this for such a long time and Pam never disappoints!!! It’s so useful on so many levels, while allowing you to make nutritional recipes to using her workout videos, she’s such a generous and wholehearted person!! The price for the subscription is very justifiable in my opinion(I never pay for subscriptions, but this one I definitely am!!) the subscription is incredible beneficial and I would not get PamFitnessFood without the subscription!

Spectacular.

I’m not giving it 5 stars simply because I haven’t tired the full access to PamFitnessFood and that’s my choice. I don’t have the funds ATM.

Regardless, PamFitnessFood is amazing! We still get free recipes without subscription, to give us a taste of what the full access could provide. The workouts are awesome and easy to work around with. You’re able to plan out your own week ahead, whenever you like. Or, you can choose one of many options that Pamela has made for us.

I’ve tried incorporating different apps on my phone to add variety, but sadly I couldn’t get a start on them unless I chose a subscription of a crazy amount in cost. So, I’m glad I decided to give Pamel’s app a chance. You still get to use it without being overly restricted. That’s a plus in my book 🍃

Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed. I’ll even come back to edit my review when I get full access.

Great overall

I appreciate the set up for the workout and meal plans. However, the shopping list can include food multiple times, such as peas (fresh or frozen) and peas (frozen), because the ingredient is found in multiple recipes. The list also does not include ingredient quantities, as in how much of each ingredient we should get; this would be nice for ingredients that are used multiple times during the week. Overall, for the flexibility of organizing workout and meal plans PamFitnessFood is great and I would recommend it.

Love this app!

I downloaded it because I love Pamela’s workout so I want to check her app as well. I didn’t expect that much but I was absolutely surprised by PamFitnessFood. I can see how much work she put in PamFitnessFood. I like the recipes and pictures. They looks very easy to cook and delicious! It is hard for me to make a decision so I like just copying her meal week plan! I even like the like button and the color of app. The heart looks like a painting heart. I actually find her workouts challenging, which is amazing! I was feeling lost with my workout schedule and didn’t know if I was making progress towards my goals. And then I found out that Pamela makes weekly workout plans and posts them on her Instagram. I discovered Pam last year and I absolutely love her enthusiasm and of course her workouts. Can’t wait to see where this goes.

I’ve been part of the Pam gang for less than a year (since September), but she turned me on to HIIT, and she’s honestly incredible. PamFitnessFood has her exercises, a grocery planner, and some of her recipes. It’s design is beautiful, and in can’t wait to see what else she adds to it. I’m 5’1” and some of her current recipes are pretty heavy, so I’m hoping she will eventually add more lighter meals. Thank you Pam.

I’ve been using Pam’s workouts for going on two years and making her recipes for a couple months now. The recipes are delicious and the workouts make you wonder if she’s a mutant, a machine, or an alien. It really could be any of the three. This has all that in one place, plus so many useful tools. I love it! One suggestion though

I have followed Pamela for a long time and PamFitnessFood is amazing! Even without being a premium member, there’s a lot you can do. The only thing I wish was an option is having a notes area in the meal plans or workout plans in case I want to write down that I am having a non-Pam meal for lunch or something so I have it all in one area. Otherwise it is really well done and I am very pleased!

I never have all of the updated workout plans. Usually I may have 3 or 4 of them. This week only the slow workout and the weights one have downloaded. I usually do 60 min hardcore but today that is not there. It’s very annoying.
