Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever MySCGA app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix MySCGA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MySCGA app on iPhone
Update MySCGA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MySCGA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MySCGA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MySCGA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix MySCGA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent MySCGA app issues:

Force Stop the MySCGA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MySCGA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MySCGA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MySCGA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MySCGA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MySCGA.

Fix MySCGA unable to contact server/ MySCGA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MySCGA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got MySCGA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MySCGA on android.
