רמזור isn’t opening and is saying to try again later

Not acceptable that רמזור that almost the entire country depends on to enter venues, workplaces and more doesn’t work.

After weeks that I had to update my data almost every time I used it, today it is completely out. It lets you play with many useless things but it does not let you display your Green card! I am/was using it on an iphone.

Now a long time later 2 stars is still too much!

I’ve tried for months to flow load my green pass and I get an error message every time - I’ve tried literally hundreds of times.

I also have an iPhone 11 that won’t work with רמזור. Start Up nation my foot. Not one app in this godforsaken country works properly and nothing works with Apple. Piece of garbage— and I am being polite.

רמזור literally won’t even open. The have an iPhone 11 so it should work but for some reason whenever I try to open it, I’m told that it can’t open and to try later.

רמזור keep saying that the entered information is incorrect and asks me to contact the kupat holim. The kupat holim asks me to contact ministry of health. Now I am stuck in an endless loop.

App also doesn’t allow getting a green passport with a negative covid test despite the terms of use states that clearly

This is a discrimination tool against Israeli citizens.

The purpose of this application violates the basic law of State of Israel.

It violates the Nuremberg Code.

It violates the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.

It violates article 36 of the EU Regulation about Covid Digital Certificate, which says that the Green Pass can never be used as means to discriminate against people.

When I first downloaded רמזור 10 days after my 2nd vaccine, it worked fine. One week later and ever since it has given me an error message every single time I try to see the Tav Yarok. I have tried installing and uninstalling רמזור several times. It’s infuriating.

I don’t know what sort of issues they had when רמזור first launched, but they seem to have worked them out. Took me only a few minutes to set up and add my info. Also, happy to note they have English, Russian, and Arabic, in addition to Hebrew, since my Hebrew is still a work in progress ;)
