Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Velee app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Velee app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Velee app on iPhone
Update Velee app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Velee iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Velee on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Velee network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Velee not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Velee app issues:

Force Stop the Velee App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Velee app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Velee to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Velee App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Velee app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Velee.

Fix Velee unable to contact server/ Velee internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Velee » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Velee » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Velee on android.
