I tried to use the bike and it’s not disconnecting from the bike station and it still tells me that I’m using the bike but paused. Please cancel the ride and don’t charge my credit card because I never got the bike off of the station.

I wanted to rent a bike, but the app is impossible to use. It has been over an hour and I have still not been able to enter payment details, even after trying every possible solution. I have not been able to reach a single person who could help navigate the app.
I live in this city and could imagine myself potentially using the service every day to commute to work. Unfortunately, with an app so glitchy, there is no way I will become a paying customer. It’s a shame- this city needs a viable solution to the traffic and congestion from the private cars.

The app just felt slow and laggy, when you are filling in text the icon are on top of the text, or you got a problem where you don’t even see what you are filling in, the ID scanner feels nothing official and just feels like they are taking a picture without your ID, also I wanted to rent the E bike, so I scanned, then asked to put in my ID, then after a few try’s it worked, but then I scanned the bike and it wasn’t working.
All and all this app felt rushed, and that is why I feel like the bike company will fail.

It seriously feels as though the app designer (for at least the English version) has never used an English app. It’s extremely confusing and it took us twenty minutes to rent a bike. One particularly annoying (and easy to fix) problem is the button labels.
We saw a button say “copying image” and assumed that meant that it was copying the id image. After a couple of minutes of nothing happening, it became apparent that we had to push the button to start the process. The “unlocking bike” button was similar.
