Paid the “one time “ fee. Worked great for about a year until I noticed the volume control was not available anymore. Deleted and tried to download again but will not recognize my tv’s. It wants me to pay another “ one time “ fee. No thank you! Thumbs down.

A free app should be just that without the harassment of get a premium account every time you try to push a button it’s ridiculous

I needed a remote urgently that could fast forward, didn’t have time for tutorial and all it did was mute and power off. So frustrating. At one point I was on the guide and could not exit and return to the program.

Pay the onetime payment and now it won’t work no more even if I press the restore

Download the roku official one instead.

If I knew I had to pay 20 dollars to use the “home” function or my keyboard to search or type whatever, I would have not downloaded.

I cannot get out of netflix without paying 20 dollars.

Theyre creating hostages out of roku customers.

Btw, Roku has an official one and it is FREE!

Doesn’t work for my tv. I push a button and than it asks what tv. I chose the tv I wanted to use it for hit a button asks the same question again.

It’s easy to use BUT it takes forever for the remote to find the source to connect to the tv. And NO it’s not my
Internet service.
