1 year agoThis app has an “unknown error” every time I’ve tried to use it for the past 5 months. This developer is completely scamming us out of the subscription cost and I can’t seem to find a way to be refunded.

1 year agoEvery reel keeps the original audio and puts music over it. I need to do store marketing videos with just music and no background noise. How do I delete the original audio from my videos before I add the music on the app so that there isn't both?

1 year agoHello, I was. wondering if you could make your app more computer friendly and have a login so I can log into the same account on multiple devices. This would make it wayyy easier to upload logos and images I want in my videos in a way that is efficient and effective. Just an idea! Other than that I love this app. Just started using it and its already been super helpful.

2 years agoI just purchased the app. Spent a lot of time making a video. When I go to save it takes a while to load then exits the appt and deletes after loading to 97% ?? What to do?

I want to love this app
But so far I have yet to get a reel length video I can use because it glitches out. Either the video glitches, text shifts timing and I have to reset it, or it just doesn’t save/download correctly. The video options and fonts and ability to create a beautiful, unique reel (in theory) in an app is totally a no-brainer for me as a content creator. However, I’ve spent 2 times prior to this without being able to get very far - and then today I spent TWO HOURS making a beautiful video and went to download it and it glitched - totally washed out video and didn’t show the different videos. Super bummed. Think I should get a refund and don’t mind being a part of a beta if that’s what you’re up front about that this is.

No ability to personalize
I like the look of the app and templates but I can’t seem to change the text on one media vs another. I added in 2 videos into a template and want to have different text on each but the same font and placement. It allows me to change the text and placement but changes it for both medias/videos when I want to only change it to one. Also, I am trying to merge 2 templates together so I can make a longer IG story with a front, middle and end but seems like I have to do them individually. If I want to add music then they will be all chopped up instead of all the videos synched with the same music. Please help!

Potential to be great
Great templates however upon my first time using the app, I noticed that the app is automatically adding color to my media on my templates and I do not like that what so ever. it throws off my brands colors and defeats the purpose in even editing a template if you're going to decide for us to incorporate a color that does not even resonate with our Brand and I absolutely do not like that. If my brand colors are pink and yellow do not just freely decide to add a blue border to our media. And then don't give us the option to remove or edit it, at this point you've just ruined a perfectly good template & It's a bit absurd. Every brand has their colors and fonts for a specific reason. I'm big on that so I am not sure I'll be using the app any further. ALWAYS ask your consumers, NEVER decide for them.
