No app support and buggy.

Clicking the “App Support” option in the App Store just takes you to a webpage detailing how great the app is with NO option to contact anyone and report a bug and inability to sign up. Attempting to register fails with a bizarre error that unfortunately I can’t include as a screenshot. Attempting to reset the password results in an email with a link to the KanDrive website with no option to reset the password. Really?!?
App doesn’t work

Can’t log on. I have an account yet the app tells be the email/PW combo is wrong. When the app lets me “successfully” reset my PW, which isn’t often, the new PW/email remains incorrect. Deleting and re-installing doesn’t help. It simply doesn’t work.

Love the app but half the time the cameras aren’t working. Don’t understand why they would be off so often.
