One giant leap backwards!
I have been with this credit union since it was Los Alamos credit union in the 1960s. I am 82 years old with health issues and you people have turned this app into a nightmare for the elderly. What’s with the tiny fonts? What happened to color? Black and white? Is this supposed to “look professional”? It no longer feels personal. And now I have to re-enter my bill pay for my mortgage etc. as if I didn’t have anything to do with what’s left of my life except play your little game. The app is ugly and a nightmare to use!!! I use an iPhone 8, not one of the new monster phones. This app is definitely not user friendly!!!

This review is based solely on format and trying to enter the new app. It is very frustrating when an app forces the orientation of the screen. It also forces a new password that can’t be copied and pasted from the e-mail they send with a 10 digit number. Really is that going to help security by not allowing paste. Did he developers test on all devices, obviously not.
