Zero stars if I could. Doesn't work on my older phone. Loads in landscape even though my iPad (thankfully new enough) is set to portrait with rotation locked. Won't even rotate to opposite landscape so I'm stuck with the buttons & camera at the lower right. Check deposit UI is a joke & my 1st deposit is "held for review", something that almost never happened with the old app on my ancient phone. My degree is in CS so I'm not pulling gripes out of thin air. Fire this developer. Almost forgot - the "privacy" is horrible. This app is gobbling way more info from your device than it needs.

Old app was great. Had great reviews. Wow what a cluster, but we all know this. Is this change for the sake of change? Was a “designer” hired, or was someone trying to justify their salary by moving to this new design and bloat? Who exactly made the decision to do this, when everything was previously fine? Why does that person still have a job?

I can’t get the app to work even when I call for help. The representative is having the developer call me. I have spent at least two hours trying to load AND switch to this new version and have had NO ONLINE banking for a month. Pathetic!!! And totally poor customer service. Shame on you DNCU.
