This app is screwed up

My son loves FTP so I decided to get the app so I could buy him something for his birthday. I put in my payment information and had everything set up ahead of time bc I know their merch sells out quick. As soon as the drop hit at 12:00 pst I put the product in my cart. I was checking out by 12:01. I got a message that said verifying purchase, if you refresh you will lose your place in line. Then the “verifying purchase” message kept spinning for the next 15 minutes. Needless to say it did not work, I did not get the merchandise I waited so long to get for my son’s birthday, and I am not planning on trying to buy anything else after this, not that it matters. It’s just very disappointing to wait so long, check out in less than a minute only to get screwed over by a crappy app.

Only thing I recommended changing is giving the option of making your billing address different from your shipping address.
Other than that the app is super cool.
The time Zac let me barrow his Lambo
