3 months agoI can’t believe that you fired 3 employees who were actually trying to save you money by capturing a shoplifter. What kind of company are you running? I will NEVER shop at Academy again.

1 year agoI ordered ping pong product at Christmas. Academy sport indicated it was available but when ordering it was not available. ordered/bought the product elsewhere. Academy continues to post a charge then deletes before payment with my credit card. Please delete the continious monthly charge of $30.06 Marjorie.

Sent me returned merchandise
I purchased a product that was out of stock in my area. When I received the item, the main piece was missing and the instructions were for a completely different product. Guess what? The item is no longer on sale. Even as I am typing this, I’m getting irritated. This field they give us to type in has a midnight background and black text. Nice job Academy. I’d fire the pro responsible for this mess. Anyway, they’ve lost a customer. Sorry if there are any typos, I can’t really see this. The Rolla store is where my order came from. I’d look into the stellar hiring practice at that location if it were my company.

The worst
This app is so bad, it’s turned me off of Academy permanently. Glitches abound. It forgets your cart repeatedly. Tells you it’s empty. Refill it. Again and again. Everything is out of stock. Then in stock again. Picks your delivery/pickup method for you and charges for delivery on items not available for pickup! Then, all of the sudden, remembers your cart and multiplies it! Changes prices from the item screen to the cart. BE CAREFUL!! Quadruple check EVERYTHING if you dare to use this app! Chat won’t help you. IF you get a human, they “unfortunately” can’t do a darn thing. BEWARE.

When I need to make a payment I is hard to make a payment. In your app hard to find it then you call and bug the stew out of you about making the payment. Well if you would make it easier to make a payment you would get more payments on time so your part of the problem. Why you get late payments. Oh you want late payments do you can charge a late fee and make more money right.
