How to fix Drip app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Drip app on iPhone
Update Drip app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Drip iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Drip on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Drip network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Drip app issues:

Force Stop the Drip App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Drip app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Drip to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Drip App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Drip app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Drip.

Fix Drip unable to contact server/ Drip internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Drip » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Drip » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Drip on android.
