App will allow you to create an account. You also cannot initiate charge without an account set-up. Reached out to customer support and no improvement. Very dysfunctional system.
I wasn’t able to create an account. It’s really a shame they took over the She’ll Recharge network and didn’t notify drivers that Free stations are now Paid with a high price per Kw. WILL NOT BE USING.
Trash. JOLTElectricVehicleCharging auto formats my phone number to some completely invalid format. How inept can your app be? Phone number conventions in the US haven’t changed in 25 years.
Literally can’t even sign up because they can’t format phone numbers correctly

We don't need to saturate the EV charging network further, this prevented me from going to work on the first day of roll out 01/06/2026 login failed on Android device too infrastructure is the same, who knows the new operation cost too .,.
Took over shell recharge network and charging same price as a supercharger. App doesn’t work can’t sign in to even use. It going to be wasting my time or money using this half baked app and chargers. Biggest mistake for shell to hand their network over to a company that can’t even get JOLTElectricVehicleCharging to work in US. Stay away from jolt!
I tried several times to create an account and it sent me in circles, back to the sign up page.
This is one stupid app. Placed my credit card in , rejected it. Pressed update payment and it just hangs. Programmer has no business doing JOLTElectricVehicleCharging. Frustrating!
Avoid if you can, JOLTElectricVehicleCharging replaces all free shell chargers with slow and expensive price
Doesnt work at all. Clicked Start to start charging and nothing happens. Shell app was working fine
Every Shell recharge station in my area disappeared from the Shell app, found them all here. So far, JOLTElectricVehicleCharging is definitely prettier
