App will allow you to create an account. You also cannot initiate charge without an account set-up. Reached out to customer support and no improvement. Very dysfunctional system.

I wasn’t able to create an account. It’s really a shame they took over the She’ll Recharge network and didn’t notify drivers that Free stations are now Paid with a high price per Kw. WILL NOT BE USING.

Trash. The app auto formats my phone number to some completely invalid format. How inept can your app be? Phone number conventions in the US haven’t changed in 25 years.
