Great app, but needs work

For a free app, it offers you great features such as macro tracking, scanning food, widgets, and diet plans! I also love that it gives you advice as you track your meals. There’s one problem with the app, and it’s that the scanning features rarely work. I scanned my peanut butter, which is 180 calories per serving, and it came up as 563 kcal! I know this app may not have a big database but it makes calorie tracking just that much more difficult. This is an amazing app for those who want to get serious about their fitness goals. You’ll have be ready to input some information manually but hopefully doing so will help the app become even better!

The basic is great . Still get a lot of info. I had to enter a lot of my foods to show the net carbs but it’s still worth using . I’ve been logging for about 5 months this time . Used it before. I Like logging on this app. Checking the macros on a pie chart makes it easy to stay on keto. Works with any diet I’ve tried. I’ve suggested it to many people I’ve come across.

I love LABL because it connects to my IWatch helps me keep track of my steps, encourages me to exercise and is an easy way to track my food intake. Since it connects to my watch it is also able to keep track of the calories I’ve burned each day. It also gives different options for your weight loss journey 🥰
