I don’t usually leave reviews but I hate this app that much!
Firstly, it was a challenge to even figure out how to use the app (and some of it eludes me still).
Why is it structured like a chat instead of giving users a normal, easy to use interface?! I can only guess to confuse you and make it more difficult to use your points.
There does not seem to be a way to tell how much your points translate to in real world money. In fact, it seems to vary.
It is impossible to figure out month-to-month how many points I’ve earned short of manually recording the figure at the end of each month and subtracting the difference myself. The graphs are incomprehensible and the use of a date range instead of fixed dates boggles the mind.
Bottom line is this app is overly complicated and not at all easy to use. If I can figure out how to not use it and still make use of my points, I absolutely will!

This app is not user friendly at all. Definitely one of most difficult to understand and use app that I’ve ever encountered.

Perhaps I've missed it in the fine print...as I have to see the new terms and condition...but it appears there is a service charge for using your points. As much as I like the idea of using Point immediately using this virtual card it would have been nice for the developer to disclose that there is a service charge when using the points. I just did a charge on eBay. The cost of the item was 1086 but I was charged 1248...btw it works out to be 15%
