Close and restart the Quran app on iPhone
Update Quran app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Quran iPhone app

To resolve Quran network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Fix Quran not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Quran app issues:

Force Stop the Quran App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Quran app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Quran to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Quran App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Quran app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Quran.

Fix Quran unable to contact server/ Quran internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Quran » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Quran » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Quran on android.
