I am not getting a response from several emails requesting the status of my refund/store credit.
Hello I would like to know where my matte order was delivered to
I never received my order. Ordered 6/7/2022. Order number 1037036
I order three items and only received two of the three but was charged for all three items.
I did not receive my jade 3piece set but I did receive the other 4 swimsuits.
I placed my order with Matte Collection on the 5-5-2022 they saying it was delivered on the 8 by FedEx I have yet to receive it. Today is 5-12-22
I received the wrong items I need to returned them
I did not received my package, it went to the wrong address. When I went to the address, they stated that they never received the package.
