Close and restart the Davilo app on iPhone
Update Davilo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Davilo iPhone app

Fix Davilo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Davilo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Davilo app issues:

Force Stop the Davilo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Davilo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Davilo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Davilo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Davilo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Davilo.

Fix Davilo unable to contact server/ Davilo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Davilo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Davilo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Davilo on android.
