Booked my appointment to change my previous state driver’s license to a Texas one. Three major issues: 1.) Sent me to the wrong address, in Texas there’s the DMV and the Department of public safety (the public safety office is where you get your renewed license). Skip sent me to the public safety office and called it the DVM. These two offices do NOT work with each other interchangeably. 2.) You have to get and vehicle inspection and Texas vehicle registration BEFORE you can obtain a Texas driver’s license. Skip made absolutely no mention of how to prepare or the prerequisites to getting the license. 3.) When I checked for my appointment details there was only information for somebody totally different at a totally different date! All in all, poor communication, no helpful tips, totally incorrect information makes for a poor service.

Terrible service. I specifically asked for a date of a road test that was the only day I could take off work, and I was told this was noted. I the received a booking confirmation with no further communication, such as asking if another time, DMV, or date would be acceptable, so I assumed it had been set up as requested. Today I woke up at 5am to get to the road test site on time, the waited in line for 4 hours, only to be told at the front of the line 4 hours later that I was not on the list for day and thus could not take the test. Despite several chats I have heard nothing back since. Do not recommend.

This is awful. I used it for my driving test concierge. They didn’t give me details until the day before even when I had sent numerous e mails. The phone doesn’t answer, you can only leave a message. The concierge turned up in a car that would have failed the exam and 45 minutes late. Please use another service.
