KODAK Classic Frame Reviews

I bought the Kodak Photo Frame $168, I expected quality.
You can only load 9 photos at a time. I looked on the you tube app and the one demonstrator didn’t make using device explainable. I also wanted to put a 3 minute video on it and it won’t even take 1 minute, I thought it would be fun to put a Video Birthday Greeting on it is why I bought it, I hated that it didn’t work. Sorry I didn’t read the poor reviews before I bought it, Fortunately I can return it.

App isn’t able to send an email to confirm my email address so I can’t even use KODAKClassicFrame , making the gift I gave completely useless and ruined a gift. Will have to return and buy something else. Tried multiple times over multiple days and nothing. I don’t normally leave reviews but this has been so frustrating I had to warn others.

I tried to create an account to connect with the frame but when I submit my email it says “sending failed”

Very difficult to use. Had to delete app couple of times and reset the photo. When you try to upload additional photos the recently uploaded photos still appear and you can’t access additional photos to upload. Very frustrating software with no support.

DO NOT use QRCodes. Download app to phone.

It doesn’t allow me to upload any more photos.
And doesn’t offer an option to change settings.

Can’t use the kodak frame i bought since KODAKClassicFrame will not let me register. Everytime i try to register for an account, when the system should be sending me an email for authentication purposes, KODAKClassicFrame says “sending failed”. I wish kodak was more careful with their products.

It doesn’t work. No phone support. If each of us who want to upload photos to this product have to contact an email customer support and hope that they might someday answer, it’s unlikely that we will ever use it. Embarrassing Christmas gift.

KODAKClassicFrame have very limited functionality. You can’t see pictures uploaded by other users (other frames allow it).
You can’t see full photos in KODAKClassicFrame only recent photos as thumbnails, previous pictures are showing up as blue squares.
I regret I bought this frame because of KODAKClassicFrame.

I purchased a kodak digital frame for my mother. It runs off of KODAKClassicFrame and when I open KODAKClassicFrame to register my account, KODAKClassicFrame crashes. I tried multiple emails and different devices and it fails every time. KODAKClassicFrame makes my frame useless if it doesnt work.

I bought a photo frame for my girlfriend for xmas and no one in the family can get this stupid app to work. We can’t even create an account. Don’t buy any product that uses KODAKClassicFrame, save yourself the hassle.

I would like to separate groups of pictures into folders by date or by event. Software won’t allow it.

The fact that digital picture frames can now be controlled and fed using an app that is integrated into the network, which enables control regardless of the installation location. Recommend!

Easy to use with digital frames. Well created. I bought 4 for my parents and in-laws.

I think it's fine because it connects right away.

Now we can easily send current images to the frame via KODAKClassicFrame . We and the grandparents are very satisfied.

Full of frames I wanted ♡♡ I will use them carefully.
