I am pleasantly surprised at how stress free my entire experience as a first time homebuyers as with this company… Lowercom not only made it easy for me to save money for the down payment but Lower’s savings match truly helped with closing costs. Lower not only offered me the best rates and lowest closing costs, but my agent Richard G. Was by far the most professional I had worked with during this home-buying process! I have already recommended Lower and Lowercom to 2 friends who are also buying homes .

I love simplicity, and this is app did not disappoint. Not only could I easily set up a recurring deposit to help with savings, but when you open an account they will also match dollar-for-dollar (up to $1000) that you can use towards closing costs. When shopping for a mortgage I primarily look for 3 things: 1) best rate possible 2) low closing costs 2) streamlined application process. Lower and Lowercom certainly fulfilled those 3 things, so I’m very satisfied with my experience

Working with Jake had been great! He is very nice and has a lot of patience. Even when I shopped around to get some different quotes, he was there. It’s like he knew I would be back 😂😂 He is great, the company has been overall pretty good working with so far and the process has been ok as well. If you have the opportunity to work with jake you won’t be disappointed! I would highly recommend

I love keeping my finances organized, and Lowercom is amazing for that. The fact that I have a designated space for my down-payment savings helps me stay focused on the goal, and Lowercom continually helps keep me in check on my credit score as well. The best part - this is actually saving me money on my down payment with a great mortgage company! They will be knocking off $1,000 from my down payment, just for using Lowercom!

I found Lower when my first lender fall thru. Lower provides surprising low rate and helps me knock down my mortgage by $100. Lowercom is very easy to use. The interactive design helps you visualize your saving. It’s great for first time homebuyer like me. My agent Jonathan is super helpful and patient. Together they made the application process easy.

App has my primary bank listed but it always errored when trying to use it. Lower's support team said it was a known issue that they wouldn't be fixing anytime soon. I ended up creating a temporary checking account with another bank just to transfer $1000 from my primary and then to Lower. That worked, and was worth the hassle, but Lowercom shouldn't list any banks with which Lowercom is having issues.

Well we are already in the process to close in a few days. Trying to make a deposit into our home fund and it keeps saying we have to reconnect with our bank. We get confirmation that the bank info has been connected and then try to make the deposit and it goes back to needing to reconnect.
It looks like if you are just beginning to prepare to buy a home, it would be a great app. Just frustrated at the moment.

With the big interactive buttons, Lowercom is very easy to use.

Lower matches the first $1000 deposit toward the closing cost. And also give extra $250 if you set up a recurring deposit for any mount $5 or $10. It's a pretty good deal.

Lowercom is pretty straight forward and easy to use. I am able to transfer between accounts pretty seamlessly. I only wish that it was compatible with Mint, as I like to keep track of all my accounts by in one place. I hope that’s an update that can be made in the future.

Honestly, the reason why I rate Lowercom so high is because of my person at Lower who I’ve been working with. She’s really made the process as simple as it can be (simple like Lowercom ), & has taught me to use Lowercom to benefit ME. She helped me earn $1,250 match! Seriously!

Lowercom itself is a good idea, it sparked my interest and wanted me to try it out. But I don’t find many aspects of it realistic, the .75 APY is not the best way to save, especially in our current inflation of 6.2%.

They should partner with stock brokers and allow investing in large funds in the stock market, this would be a better app to save for a down payment on a car as it is right now.
