My transparent weather widget doesn’t work. I’m getting some error about VPN or secure connection or whatever. My transparent calendar widget works A-Ok tho 😐

When I create a new transparent weather widget it either doesn’t work or old photos remain.

Brass is not giving me an option to download any of the custom themes.

im currently trying to use one of your widgets and it wont load onto the screen but if i use the other widgets it does

My widgets are off center. They were fine until yesterday. Now no matter what widget or size I choose, it’s not showing the entire thing. For example my calendar widget is (lower on the screen area than it should be) so the last week of the calendar month is not showing in the widget area. I added it to my iPad and it is the same result. I’ve also (uninstall/ reinstalled the app. Rebooted my iPhone. & Changed widget sizes). Still is not showing the entire calendar month like it has been the entire time I’ve had the app. Please assist me in this particular issue.

I have a paid account but I cannot access the paid account content. I can provide proof.

The themes page won’t load and it keeps on saying “Error Response status code was unacceptable: 401.”

My app keeps crashing and my widgets are gone. Tried installing and uninstalling

Cannot add transparent background. I followed the easy tutorial but it keeps saying “Wrong Image Size”.

App crashes upon opening. Can’t even get into it.

Opens for a moment then exits out. Nothing loads. Very strange.Could you fix it?

When I try to open the app it loads for a few seconds and exits out the app on its own. I shut off my phone twice and nothing changed
