This app has the best rates compared to others, but unfortunately it’s the worst app ever. The verification process is a hot mess and the customer reps can’t even help resolve your issue. I have had the “pending” sign for close to 3 months and it’s so sad that no one can help reset my page and clear that up so I can start over. They keep saying it’s resolved, but whenever I go back it says the same thing. I feel so bad cause they are losing customers beyond their incompetence in resolving customer issues. I hope they can be serious for once and be able to fix the issues on the app and get it going because it’s a good app that is poorly designed with a bunch of folks who don’t know what to do.

This app/service is the worst I’ve ever used to send money. The inconvenience you guys cause is so disgusting. The first time I downloaded the app I had to go through the verification like every other app okay cool then that took more than a week to get verified. The second time, there was another debit card verification which also took days and the app is very stupid because you have to put money into the app to be able to send the money, what type of rubbish is that?? And the customer support “disgusting” and takes forever to help with an issue. Please just delete my account because I’m never using you guys anymore. Such a waste of time and effort.

Whilst the rates are good, the customer service is very poor. If you should have any challenges with your transfer, there is no way to reach them. I have called the number they provided on the app several times over the course of the past weeks and no answer. I just tried again because I have a transaction that has been pending for over 12 hours. No one is reaching to let me know if there is an issue or not. I created a ticket and I hope to God I get a feedback. I am definitely closing my lemonade account once my current transaction is complete. This customer service is making working with then so frustrating
