I’m having problems with the app

WARNING!!! Do not use LemFi, they will frustrate you to death. I downloaded the app and sent money severally and my account was disabled all of a sudden without any reason. I kept calling LemFi customer support and a ticket was opened. After more than 20 calls and over 6 weeks of no solution to reopen my account, all that the customer service representative will tell me is that we have escalated your issue, I requested for my balance of $185. As I am writing this review, I haven’t still received my balance. I received an email from Obi asking for my bank statement which I sent and two weeks later I received the same type of email from another representative asking for the same information.
There are better and more reliable apps to use in sending money to Africa. Stay away from LemF

This is app is absolute trash! The first debit card I added to my account with no problem. Unfortunately, all of a sudden I wasn’t able to fund my account anymore and kept getting so many errors. I ended up deleting the first debit card off of my account and then tried to add another one. I can’t even add the second one because the app says that my card is declined (there’s definitely money in there). I keep telling them that they need to either add my middle name to my profile, or update my address. I’m frustrated at this point. They keep submitting tickets for me and no one is getting back to me with useful/helpful information.

I setup the account and completed the ID verification. It’s been well over a week and verification is still showing in review. But I kept getting repetitive email to confirm last 4 of SSN, even though it was already confirmed. I’ve contacted their WhatsApp chat. It’s automated. No live person. I’ve sent email. Received an automated email response with a ticket number. Days later and still no one has replied me yet. My friend downloaded the app and was standing next to me as we completed the same steps, at the same time. They were verified in secs and have been able to upload account info to do a test send of $20USD to NGN with no issues. I will just say, take this as a warning, because it can be hit or miss.
