When you try and play with app it loops through connection routine and says there is an error with microphone. However when we test it with regular track there is no problem. Please advise

How to fix Mixit app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mixit app on iPhone
Update Mixit app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mixit iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mixit on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mixit network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mixit Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mixit not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mixit App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mixit » click [Force Stop]

Update Mixit to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mixit App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mixit » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mixit.

Fix Mixit unable to contact server/ Mixit internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mixit » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mixit » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mixit
